Add Paseo and Paseo AssetHub chains

For Polkadot, you currently list a testnet, but it’s pointed at Westend, which is really only a testnet for protocol upgrades for Polkadot.

The true testnet for Polkadot and Kusama is Paseo. Paseo AssetHub is the new place for developers to deploy Solidity smart contracts in this environment. And the eth-rpc is almost always missing from your competitor service providers.

Add these service and you’ll be able to confidently say that you fully support the Polkadot ecosystem.
