Pay-as-you-go for GetBlock RPC Nodes
Enable pay-as-you-go pricing for GetBlock RPC nodes, allowing AfricaCryptoChainx (ACCX) to pay only for actual Compute Unit (CU) usage without fixed monthly limits. This would reduce costs during development and testing while providing flexible scaling for production.
