Sui Mainnet GraphQL / Transaction Query Support

User is interested in GraphQL support for Sui Mainnet. Their use case requires:

• Sender-filtered transaction history using sentAddress

• Transaction lookup by digest

• Access to effects.balanceChanges

They would also like to know whether the Shared Sui gRPC endpoints can support the equivalent functionality, specifically:

• LedgerService.ListTransactions with a sender filter
